Data Deletion

Podium accounts are created with Sign in with Apple. To request deletion, use the Apple relay email or account email connected to your Podium account when contacting support.

What can be deleted

Account records, practice history, transcripts, AI feedback, usage records, and stored recordings can be deleted on request, except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.

Subscriptions

Deleting Podium account data does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel Podium Pro from your Apple ID subscriptions.
