Podium helps users practice speaking with voice recordings, transcripts, and AI-powered coaching.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your email address, Apple sign-in identifier, subscription status, onboarding preferences, practice history, usage limits, voice recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated feedback.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide the app's core functionality, including saving your account, processing practice recordings, generating transcripts and coaching feedback, tracking progress, enforcing usage limits, and managing subscriptions.

Voice Recordings and Transcripts

When you record a practice take, Podium uploads the recording so it can be transcribed and analyzed. Transcripts and feedback may be stored with your account so you can review your practice history.

Payments

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Podium does not collect or store your payment card information. Subscription status may be processed through RevenueCat to manage access to Pro features.

Service Providers

Podium may use third-party service providers to operate the app, including hosting, authentication, database storage, transcription, AI analysis, and subscription management. These providers process data only as needed to provide the app's functionality.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising tracking.
